Account Management

Review API usage, costs, request records, and how to get technical support efficiently.

This page explains how to review usage and costs, and how to provide useful details when asking for help.

How do I review API usage and costs?

Use these places:

  1. Dashboard: review balance, request volume, cost trends, and account status.
  2. Usage page: inspect completed billed calls by time range and API Key.
  3. Wallet page: review balance, historical spending, and request summaries.
  4. API responses: text endpoints often return usage fields for application-side accounting.

For reconciliation, prefer console billing records and official usage fields returned by the API. Streaming requests, retries, and different aggregation windows can make local records differ from console numbers.

How do I get technical support?

Before submitting a support request:

  • Reproduce the issue with a minimal request.
  • Check API docs for path, authentication, and request format.
  • Review FAQ pages for common connection, security, feature, and cost issues.

Include:

  • Time and timezone when the issue occurred
  • Request path, model ID, and whether streaming was enabled
  • HTTP status, error message, and X-Request-ID
  • Minimal non-sensitive reproduction request
  • Client, SDK, or third-party tool name and version

Do not send full API Keys, unredacted production data, or unrelated long logs. Available support channels depend on your account.
